Terms & Conditions
Plain English. Read these before you sign up so there aren't any surprises later.
This page is the agreement between you and IPTV Trial ("we", "us") covering the website at iptvtrial.online and the streaming subscription we sell on it. If you start a trial, buy a plan, or even just keep browsing, you're saying you've read this and you're okay with it. If something here doesn't sit right, don't sign up — and let us know what's off so we can take a look.
1. Acceptance of Terms
The moment you create an account, hit "Start Free Trial", or pay for a plan, you're agreeing to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Same goes if you keep an active subscription after we update this page — continued use means you're good with the new version.
If you're signing up on behalf of a household or anyone else, you're confirming you've got the authority to bind them too.
2. Service Description
IPTV Trial is a paid live TV and on-demand streaming subscription delivered over the internet. You pick a plan, we give you login details, and you watch on your own devices. Nothing physical ships — there's no box, no install truck, no installer.
Plans come in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly billing, with one, two, three, or five simultaneous connections depending on the tier. We also offer a one-time free trial so you can check the picture quality and channel lineup before paying.
The exact channel lineup, app catalog, and feature set can shift over time — providers come and go, licensing changes, sports rights move around. We'll do our best to keep the service useful, but we can't promise any specific channel will be there forever.
3. Eligibility
You need to be at least 18, or whatever the legal age is where you live, to open an account. You also need to give us accurate sign-up info — a real email, a working payment method, and a country where the service is available.
If we find out an account was opened with fake details or by someone underage, we'll close it. That's not something we negotiate on.
4. Account & Security
Your login is yours. Don't post it in Facebook groups, don't sell it, don't hand it to a friend in another city. Each subscription is for one household, capped at the number of simultaneous connections your plan allows.
If you suspect someone else is using your account, email us right away and we'll reset the credentials. Anything that happens through your login until you tell us is on you, so pick a real password and keep it somewhere safe.
5. Subscription & Trial
The free trial is one per person, one per household, one per payment method — you can't loop through it again with a new email. After the trial ends, you only get charged if you choose a plan and enter a payment method. Nothing rolls over silently.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle on the same plan you chose. We'll send a reminder before each renewal so you've got time to cancel if you want to. Cancelling stops the next charge but doesn't shorten the time you've already paid for — you keep watching until the period runs out.
6. Payments & Refunds
Prices are shown in USD and your local currency may convert at checkout depending on the processor. Card, PayPal, and crypto payments all run through outside providers — Stripe, PayPal, and the crypto gateway handle your card and wallet info. We never see or store the actual numbers.
Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. The short version: first-time buyers get a 24-hour money-back window, and renewals aren't refundable since you've had the service all month. Chargebacks filed without contacting support first will get the account closed.
7. Acceptable Use
Use the service the way a normal viewer would — watch shows on your own devices, in your own home, on the number of connections your plan covers. That's it.
Things you can't do: resell access, share credentials publicly, run the stream through commercial venues (bars, hotels, gyms) without a written deal with us, scrape the service with bots, record streams for redistribution, work around any geo-block we set, or use the service in any way that's against the law where you live. Doing any of these gets the account suspended without a refund, and if there's damage involved we may pursue it.
8. Intellectual Property
The shows, movies, and channels you watch belong to the networks, studios, and rights holders that produce them — not to us. We're a delivery layer with the licenses we need to pass the content to you for personal viewing.
Our brand, the IPTV Trial name, the logo, the website code, and the way the site is laid out are ours. Don't copy the site, clone the brand, or pass yourself off as us. Personal viewing is fine; everything beyond that needs our written okay.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep things running clean, but we can't guarantee every channel will load every minute of every day. Internet hiccups, ISP routing, content provider outages, and force majeure events all happen, and they're outside our control.
We don't promise the service will meet every specific need you have, and we don't make warranties beyond what the law makes us include. If your country gives you stronger consumer rights than what's written here, those rights still apply.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, IPTV Trial isn't on the hook for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — things like lost income, missed events, or knock-on damages. The most we'd ever owe you for any claim related to the service is what you actually paid us during the current billing period.
Some places don't allow these kinds of caps, so if you live in one of them, the cap that applies is whatever the law sets as the minimum, not zero.
11. Indemnification
If you break these terms or use the service in a way that gets us sued — for example, by reselling access, running the stream commercially, or sharing credentials with a hundred strangers — you agree to cover the legal costs and any damages that come from your actions. We'll let you know early if anything like this comes up so you've got a chance to handle it.
12. Termination
You can cancel anytime through the dashboard or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
We can suspend or close an account if there's a clear violation of these terms — credential sharing, chargeback abuse, fraud, or repeated payment failures. If we close your account for cause, we don't owe a refund for time you weren't able to watch because of that.
13. Governing Law
These terms are read under generally accepted international commercial law. If something goes wrong between us, we'll try to fix it through a real conversation first — most things get sorted that way. If that fails, both sides agree to take it to binding arbitration before going anywhere near a courtroom.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update this page now and then — when we add a feature, change a billing detail, or follow a new regulation. The "Last updated" date at the top will move whenever that happens. If there's a big change that affects how you're charged or what you get, we'll email account holders before it takes effect.
15. Contact
Got a question about anything on this page? The fastest way is WhatsApp — we usually answer within minutes. You can also use the contact form if you'd rather email.
